This means that if someone bids within the last 10 minutes of the auction,
the end time for that adopt is extended by 10 minutes going by the latest bids timestamp.

Trades, gifts and reselling for no more than what you paid is fine.
You are allowed to make any changes you wish,
including modifying the design for a MYO, merging multiple designs, only using the outfit, etc.
Commercial use rights are granted on an individual basis, shoot me a DM to discuss!
