i dont have a problem when an official image or screenshot is used as a reference to draw stuff, then putting that Disney owns it in the description. but if it's an original piece of work, especially if it's already on deviantart, i feel that you at least ought to ask the original artist's permission and cite it. (The reason my Shego drawing isn't on here. lol) just my 2 cents
