I use Photoshop 7, and downloaded many brushes (sparkles among) from Obsidian Dawn, site of *redheadstock
All brush packs are described, for which version of PS they are.
Try to google "Photoshop 7 with serial number" or something like this and you'll definitely find some, together with number, to make it "legal", lasting longer than 30 days lng trial!
