This has to be my favorite so far C: His name is Kai. He is the water element

Here's some info on him: He has blue fur and an olive colored tail. A green line goes down his neck all the way to the tip of his tail. His tail has NO FUR on it, it is a waterproof skin that is shiny when wet :3 The only fur on the tail is the furred tip like every one of these creatures has. The membrane on his back and side of face are an aqua-ish green, held together by dark blue spikes. The rings on his back are not actual markings but they glow in the depths of the ocean to provide light for him to see, that is also the purpose of the little angler thing on his head, which glows brighter than the rings since it dangles in front of his head. It may also lure prey to his face much like the angler fish. It also usually only comes out when diving under deep water, so he can see in front of his face, so when he's on land it doesn't always have to show. His feet are flat, and webbed, he has very long claws on his back feet. He has gills close to his head on his neck too as well as lings, so he can survive in and out of water. His fur is also waterproof and this species had the shortest fur(manes) of all the elements.
