From “Roswell That Ends Well”Believe it or not, this dress is supposed to be a disguise. Leela would blend right into the crowd, wouldn’t she? Maybe because it’s so blatantly obvious nobody would notice her.
On a personal note, it’s not very often when a drawing smacks me in the face and knocks me onto my little butt. But this dress almost did. I’ve attempted several times to draw it and (hopefully) this time I got the thing right.
Oh yes, almost overlooked this detail. Lookit! Background!

Y'know I was thinking about adding the Professor. I haven't drawn him very much and this would have been a perfect set up. But I skipped it. With the success rate I've had drawing that dress, I didn't want to push my luck.
P.S. One of my favorite gags is when the stove burns his tie.
