Okay, first, I'm not very good at making critiques, so don't get angry at me please! >o<

I think you did a great job in this work because it gives you like a sad and maybe nostalgic feeling that really makes you know how the characters may be feeling.

The anatomy of both characters looks really good and the colors they have really.. fit the composition? I mean that the colors really make it look like if it were the night. The lineart is a bit messy, but I guess that was on purpose.

About the background, I think the water looks too blurry and I think it would have really helped the composition to make those to bushes or the grass next to the characters more.. sharp? You know, with maybe a lineart and without blurring it : )
