um I figured it out the only way I can do it is if that I copy it thats the only way like for what my picture is now

Its just like setting a regular profile pic, the difference is that u download and save this and then set it

Yeah but... when I save it it saves at a random place when I click save as. It doesn't have the animation anymore.
