If anything this is just a reference for how big the pannier was. While I was making it I didn't think it would be that big of a concern, but after I put the whole get-up on I realized how much difficult it would be to manuever in and out of places.Overall I love this costume there are a couple more things I need to do before I wear it out again, but for the most part I'm proud of it.
