Description Another gift for ~RabidFangirlAppeared

I'm rather proud of myself for this. I didn't use any brushes. Just a texture and a few effects. It's amazing what just that much can do.

Both pictures were from... elsewhere. Fff, I don't even remember. But I didn't draw them. I'll post links to the originals later.

The design (besides the texture, which was a free-use stock image on dA) is all mine.
