My sick need to design fashion of the Avatar world continues, and Katara looks badical and awesome of some fancy Water Tribe duds at some kind of formal event/summit/peace talks/insert whatever cliche story plot we all love to use as an excuse to put the characters in fancy get-ups and party-like settings.

He's probably all like "zomg pretty" and she's just like "he was so much hotter when he wore pants."

Hands? Never heard of 'em.
