Did you copyright or trademarked all of these body positions?

You can't copyright or trademark positions, as they're a natural thing. But if you want to use them, you have to buy them (check the description for info)

If these body positions are not copyrighted, They why should anybody buy them?
Anybody can just look at this image with their own eye balls, And then use their free hand with a normal pencil on real paper to recreate said body positions within their own natural hand writing.

Reason 1: It helps support the creator of the art
reason 2: you have access to an actual copy of the artwork to use and to practice with, instead of trying to draw every pose yourself to practice something.
I understand why you say that, as thats what I did with one of the poses for practice, but that was just because i was bored
(btw i don't even remember writing my first comment XD)

No, they're free to use as she has said in the description. They only thing you pay points for is a much larger size. Obviously give some credit where credit is due she says but other than that, they are free but not free to use in comms unless you ask her.
"YES!! You can use these postures!!! except commissions (enough to ask)
But If you use this ref - put the link!!! on my DA or this art! Please
Thanks for your attention."

Are any of these influenced by Charles Brague? I find these interesting, the simplification I think may help. Thanks for sharing this.

yeep, I can't own poses but if they trace my art - it other story. It isn't bases for arts.

rikuink In reply to Kate-FoX [2017-12-17 19:26:52 +0000 UTC]
you mean to tell me that people would actually trace your poses instead of learning to draw the pose so they can improve their art ?
