I've been wanting to draw some of the characters from Monster Musume and decided on a little project to showcase them, with the oft put upon Kimihito finding himself getting closer with the girls (at least in gender and species), and the girls interactions with her. Second in the series, the always enthusiastic Harpy Papi and her "Boss", who is more unsure about the change in her circumstances.Other Monstergirls:

Well, Ditzy nature is pretty common among harpies. Maybe not dumbed-down, but definitely a bit more scatterbrained and carefree.

ic well according to the show if they take three steps on the ground there memories usually resets or something. are they really that ditzy? or can they think clearly? 
ah that matter. the scatter brain and carefree. they have there heads so far up in the clouds I think thye are all on drugs.

I think they are just that ditzy. They are very easily distracted and tend to not focus on something for too long. Keep in mind, they also rarely forget their lovers and Papi is able to form meaningful connections with both Kimihito and other girls, like Suu. She just doesn't tend to remain on one train of thought for very long, but clearly is "socially" intelligent and remembers what she thinks is important. Its just that those priorities don't usually line up with what a more focused character would think.
