Is there any strategy to using the bathroom? I tried to keep Nobi regular, but that didn't seem to make a difference. Do I first need to first buy Metamucil in Paulownia?

Hahaha! It's random. Sometimes it increases status, sometimes it doesn't. There's a percentage, but I forget what exactly it is. Sometimes...I just keep him peeing until he goes to Great status XD;;;
