Wow its been a while since I last drew Panty and StockingThis picture was done for because a few months ago she made a picture of my OC on paint tool Sai and in return she asked me to draw Panty and Stocking for her but I never did it
I'm so sorry this took me long to post I drew this a while ago but I messed up on it so I re drew it to finally get it off my chest and this is how it turned out
hope you like it It didn't come out perfect but I hope its good enough
