Special collaboration commission for/with FireMaster13 ! She drew Riyoko (spitting red flames) and the gesture for Sero (deflecting with blue flames), I refined the sketch for Sero, did a little adjusting of Riyoko's wings and hands, and then I painted it! Man, being able to paint flames again has been really fun. Plus these characters rock, and so do the people who they belong to! <314.5 hours in Photoshop CS6 with an Intuos 3 tablet

Technically blue flames are hotter than red flames, that's why Sero was able to deflect it...I think...

I am left speechless once again... The flames look almost liquid in their movement. The poses are so dynamic and smooth... This is just stunning!
