Omg cute~ Hmmm, I like how your line art isn't that "traditional" and that you gave edges to the clouds. The colors look beautiful (Is the complementary colors on purpose?) But if I were you I would find a way to make the character pop out more, possibly with details, lighting, or thicker line art. But that's just my style so you don't necessarily have to follow it.
