Myrelle is one of the characters from The Chronicles of Vale. She is Katryn's main teacher from when she was a child. The story of Myrelle though is a sad one, yet one I hope to write soon in one of the chapters.

The rope around her waist is the sign of her new rank as elder. The wings though was a new idea I thought I'd try, and I like how they came out. Normaly she takes great pains to keep her wings hidden. Only when alone or with those she feels comfortable enough with, will she let them out. And even then it's still very rare. Most don't even know she is winged. Like most dragons, they once again overlooked the fact that furres don't live as long as dragons... and no one yet has thought to wonder how it is that Myrelle has been teaching for over 90 years...

Anyway... enough on her story... you'll have to read the rest when I write it in the Chronicles.

I have already started on the color version of this. I hope to eventualy add more illurstrations to Vale's story. And yes, I know her paw looks a bit odd.
