Edit: Okay. I went and redid my rushed description from last time, 'cause... Hetalia deserves better. xD;First off, Axis Powers Hetalia is a webcomic turned manga (and there's an anime coming along too). The webcomic can be found here: [link]
Basically the series is based on the concept of moe anthropomorphism. In this case, it's the personification of countries as characters. Very cute ones. It's mostly comedy and silliness, although here and there there are some serious little stories. It's been my current obssession for over two weeks now. @_@
Anyways, to the actual deviation. xD Clockwise from top left: China, China again, Greece, and Hungary
My favourite so far has got to be China. He's just too adorable. Greece is one of my favourites too - currently wrestling with Romano in second place. ...and well Hungary... Hungary is just awesome. xD

You should! The concept is just really awesome. And Paku Romi voices in the anime 8D The other voices I've heard are pretty good too.
His design is one of my favourites. But in most of the comics he shows up in, he's not wearing his hat. D:
