Most of my art is made on Daz Studio 4.6 and then edited in photoshop. This one is made 100% on daz studio

You can get the program for free. You also get the basic figures for free. Problem is the content. It can get quite expensive if you can't make your own 3d stuff or dig around for second rate free content.
