For the longest time I was having trouble colouring an anime/manga-styled piece of art the way I wanted since the last time I posted actual art on deviantart (not cosplay). I was in a slump for drawing in this kind of style and did things over and over and end up with nothing. Kind of had the idea that my style was not "anime" enough. @_@.

Butttt I don't know, I drew this out and finished (thankfully). It started as a fanart of Kaito and Len (Vocaloids) but then I realized that it didn't really work out for the both of them.

For some reason I finally tried to think about the colour theory stuff that I learned all the way back in grade 8 and applied it to this. I tried to--as much as possible--put colours together that weren't within the same tone range.

I'll work on that.

These are my two OC's that I've kept backstage for a really long time xD. Gii (dark hair) and Sakiro (brown hair).
Expect them to show up a lot more from now on~~
