First off, Psylocke is a copy written character and belongs to Marvel Comics.

Secondly, the line work is mine from...oh I don't know about 3ish years ago. So Yes I know the lines suck!

Thirdly I did this super late at night, and re-touched a bit like five minutes ago.

OK so this is a quick color study of what I wanted Psylockes new costume to look like. I drew this a few years back, and thought she needed a new costume, it mixed some old with some new. Anyways, here it is all quickly colored for you at home. I know its not great but I just learned how to color on photoshop.
