Description I did a speedpaint a few nights ago (in the middle of the night). I felt French-Revolution-y, if you know what I mean.

This is a character I made up a LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOONG time ago (back when we first watched this documentary about the French Revolution last November). I told my offline friends about her, and some were mildly surprised I haven't drawn anything for her yet.

SO. Rochelle Salene de Nazaire, b. June 8, 1759, d. February 10, 1794. She got guillotined, poor thing.

I'm starting to hate how her face looks. I was never good at face shapes.

...This is amazing.
And come on, it looks as realistic a face shape as any! And the red ribbon is... haunting; I can't find another word for it.

I gotta read something about the French Revolution now; it seems to be everywhere I look.

I think this looks awesome! You say you're not good at face shapes, but this is much better than I can do! What I also like are your choices in color that make the red stand out! That's really cool!
