Hey guys, I made a new sketch outside of my usual speedpaint routine! I wanted to get some sketches set up since my reserves are low again, and since I've improved in leaps and bounds since I first made this piece, I decided it was time to redraw it!I tried to go for a more dramatic and emotional piece where Lotor and Ziera were practically clawing their way out of the Quintessence Field. For those curious, Ziera#s necklace is missing on purpose, but I'm not going to explain why. So yeah, this was my attempt at drawing them unhinged after being exposed to the quintessence corruption and how it has affected them both physically and mentally as they fight to survive their own personal hell.
I love this sketch so much, and it was worth every hour it took to make, including the serious edits and pose designs I had to make over and over again! Despite that, I wouldn't change a thing!

I do not own Voltron: Legendary Defender, or Prince Lotor.
I just own Ziera and her species.
