Powerpuff Inspiration , No Super Powers a group of mostly girls fight back after there city's eliminates the police force, welcomes criminals, over populates and raises the crime rate.

She was trained by a father who was paranoid about crime going up after the last election and he was right he trained her to fight and defend. She her self was a victim of many kinds of crimes and each time, fought back and got stronger. She's now the head of a gang of boys and uses crime to fight crime. The gang gets dibs on the things they steal from criminals they take down and then sends the rest back to the people returning most of the stolen goods to the needy.
