I guess Taitou is a half-brother?Anyway~ Have been meaning to finish this for some time now and have only today decided to add Yugo since he's now the baby brother~ And the horse...is just a horse.
No brilliant background since my wrist is weak from extensive homework but I just wanted to add something new to my gallery.
So yeah~ Onto more fanart~ Since the polls are still 50/50 I'm going to see if I can do both in the next couple of days which means that a page will also be out by the end of this week

Personally I don't think it's her best one (even though she didn't write it) I find the characters too simular looking to fma. But I still have most of the novels since I use it to study the style

It was originally just Ed and Taitou since the two look simular, but once I found out Arakawa was releasing another story - I had to put Yugo in too

I would have drawn her other characters, from Stay Dog etc but I don't read them
It is a really interesting story~ I mainly read it for the art style~ the characters are quite simular to that of FMA. Silver Spoon is alot more independant~ if that makes sense?

it's true that SS is more independent, but i guess there will be certain similarities between her new and old characters. it's kinda a game for me to try n' find them ^.^'

Agreed! I sent the manga to one of my friends, and she went "I can't believe how amazing Arakawa is! She manages to go from awesome alchemists and drama, to some guy going at a farm school.." it's true though, Arakawa is very amazing!

It's not that I hate it. It has some interesting ideas despites I can't unsee every FMA character in the Manga. Vol. 3 and 4 just heavily frustrated me because of certain moments (that I won't go into detail with to keep from spoiling others). It was rather amusing that I kept flailing and kicking my legs and yelling all over the place when I was reading them. It's just like, "FUUUUUUUUUUUUUU!!!!!"

And dw! I totally know what you mean XD Sometimes I have little competitions with myself to guess which character looks like what FMA character from the series lol! Then again I'm doing that with Silver Spoon too (Having Armstrong was purposely done of course) But there's less resemblance in Silver Spoon than there is in Hero Tales, I do agree with you though! Hell Taitou and Laila are just Ed and Winry in both personality and appearance lol and dw! I'm pretty sure I know the scene's you're referring too~

HAHAH! Exactly! It's like. "Oh, there's Ed. Al. Roy. Hmm, he kinda looks like Ling too.. but mostly like Roy. Aha, Olivier. Oh jeez, she looks like a Winry x Mei lovechild; Oh, that guy looks like Denny, but acts like Envy, what is this I don't even!" I never got around to reading any of Hiromu's newer stuff. FMA was just kind of it for me.
But man! Considering what happened in the last volume, I was so infuriated and I was shocked and also wondered 'how much longer is this series going to be if this this and this happened?!;;'
