Any1 who doesn't know, this was basically CUL when she was first introduced. Because she didn't have an original voice at the time, she shared VY1's voicebank. A while after VOCALOID3 was introduced, Internet Co. finally developed an original voicebank for CUL, which a newer design. And the rest is history.

well, i don't know for sure if its aired yet; but i bet its not exactly what your thinking of.
VOCALO revolution is a basically a documentary about how Vocaloid has changed japans' culture and fan base. me personally, did not find this show to be appealing, so i never looked into it.
