Actually, I just heard about modern day vampires on the History channel. One of them is the "psychic vampire" that feeds on people's life force instead of their blood. This woman had been sickly during her childhood, and her illnesses didn't start becoming more serious until College. She passed out one day in class and had to be rushed to the ambulance. She said in her desperation after the incident, she fed off of someone else's energy and all of her illnesses started going away.
The History Channel's investigation team decided to put her vampirism to the test, and found that she could take energy from others by altering magnetic fields. It was pretty crazy!
Anyway, this is a beautiful shot. You remind me a lot of Amy Lee from Evenescence in this one. Haha, vampire gypsy.

I love how the hair kind of blends in with the outfit,
and how dark the whole subject is
and it's complimented by the background,
which is lighter and has finer lines.
maybe I'm looking into it like that a little too much
