A commission I've fiiiiiiinally just finished - literally, my wrist is still a little cramped from the tablet. And I've been needing to draw this kid for a long time anyway. Decided to do him a little differently than the rest of my Saiyuki pictures - Kougaiji isn't a member of the Sanzo-ikkou, but is his own man, after all. ^____^Kougaiji is from Saiyuki and belongs to Minekura.

Very good rendition of Kougaiji. Good anatomy, interesting pose you chose, I think the only real hard critique I have to give is that you should try to get closer to his actual skin tone a bit more. He is quite tanned, and here I think you have him a bit too pale. But this is why I love characters like him, it gives fanartists the chance to practice skin tones. c:

His expression, the hair, the abs, the pose...it's all so lovely! I love the way you shade skin, too. And your shading on the white clothing is amazing, especially with white being such a difficult color to work with. Awesome!
