Oh btw, I'm aware of how to say "I can't speak spanish very well", but the translation of "Yo no hablar español" literally is saying "I/Me don't/no speak Spanish" It has errors on purpose, s stated in the comic itself

the translation of that is just "I can't speak in spanish" the "very well" is adding "muy bien"
I actually can speak both languages, I'm not that lost XD

u_u I guess you don't get it, the idea in this comic he acts like he doesn't know hot to speak spanish, speaking it wrong (the why the translation is odd as well)
