He reminds of an anime, I can't quite put my finger on right now. I love the detail and the shiny effects in the jacket using the marker! His expression is devilish and micheavious, althought centering him a bit more would have been nice too. Good job

yes too many white kill colors.
always think about add a bit of the color you want to enlightned with white before add lights
here a blue mixed with white should have been gret for the light and reflects
for the rest it' seem corectly drawed, i'm not too found of manga so I cannot be too objective with you
