I wonder. Does Poison Ivy get plants to grow on her to become her clothes? She wouldn't do anything to hurt them, so I can only assume they cling to her of her will, or their own. Hmmm...

Depending on the writer, Ivy has basically become a plant nymph or dryad. Prior to the reboot, her changes had gone so far that she exhaled oxygen and needed carbon dioxide to breathe. So when she conscents to wear "clothing" to interact with humans, it's likely that she grows the flowers/leaves from her own body to create her wardrobe. The level of modesty usually depending on the particular Title, Artist and editor.

Of course with the reboot / New52, who knows now.
