Oh my gosh this one was so much work *eye starts twitching* but in the end I think it was worth it.Yes, this was a surprise character to the set but one afternoon I just got the urge to draw Soi Fon... and I'm glad I did.
I'm sure there are plenty of mistakes but over all I think this is one of my favourite from the set.Painted completely in photoshop.

Such a human Soi Fon in such a beautiful background with dark undertones (the skulls!)...the loveliest piece of art work I've seen done of her. Β When I imagine her, this is how I'll think of her from now on. Β

I love the background on this and I love the position you chose to do her in (not many people can draw it right without the body looking wierd and out of proportion but YOU nailed it!!)Β But I have to ask...why did you depict Soi Fon as white? Isn't she supposed to be Chinese (judging by her name)? And why did you give her brown hair when it is black in the manga? Is this a racebend? I love your work but I'm just curious.

Ah, this is a really old painting, that I did when I was still quite new to the world of bleach. So things (like her hair for example) are off a bit.

I love it! The character, the context, everything. What I like the most is her face. She looks really mature. In the manga, she looks more like a pre-teen, or something like that. But here, I can see the adult in her. Thanks for sharing!

Soi Fon is very sexy here and you did well in the background

I enjoy the mood setting in this autumn like piece. Seems like a pretty unique style of Soi Fon and as such she's very well done. I particularly like the addition of the skulls. Although she tends to turn them to ash, so to speak, perhaps they signify the deadly nature of her zanpakutΕ.
