Elian, for !It's his PC for Stellarmass, Elian the Kalarian Smuggler. Elian tests a lot of non lethal weapons for the lawmen, one which is like a sticky grande that traps criminals without hurting them.
Elian is so terrible at this smuggling thing, that they can always count on catching up with him to test these things out on.
He's so used to it he just doesn't even care anymore XD
