Oh wow is it real watercolor or digital watercolor? Reason I ask is cause I have never painted and the school is having me use digital media and I would love to be able to give that vintage look to charecters I color "once I learn how to use the programs of course"

Nono, real watercolor 
I use "layers", I mean, first I put the yellow and I wait until it get dry. Later I put the brown, etc.
