Just don't ask me- Seriously, don't. His sense of fashion is the weirdest among all my OCs. He just wears things that he finds to be good for him.
Anyway; as he spends most of time in deserts of Zhemetis, so the outfit is a kind of tipped hat to local heat. A scarf that protects from sand during sandstorms and simply wind; shoe-like thingies that do not crisp with every movement and let him run around freely... Claw and belt remain from his normal outfit.
Also his usual choice of colors - whites'n'blacks, some browns and a flick of red. And symmetry.

Just in case if you haven't guessed yet - yes, that's her. I can't draw her for sake of life-
Liner thear-like patterns, flowy upper dress, blue/gold regal palette... Massive jewelry and a dangly headset. UwU Got kind of egyptian feeling from this one. X'D
