This is also a free commission/request for ~MartyDoggyLand for winning the icon contest for #Belg-Mona . Thankfully, this was next on my list, anyways. Hurray for alphabetical order! 8D
...so she requested HungaryxBelarus with a wintery theme... and since the first things I think of when I hear "winter" are snow, Christmas lights, and hot chocolate, this is what I ended up with.
