I know this late I don't check the comment on my stories often..... but technically speaking MLPRarity123 OC is princess...her being the daughter of Princess Twilight Sparkes.....born to a princess made her a Princess....any pony in this case born to royalty automaticity get the title of Princess or prince (if male).

She WAS. But she changed it. Me and TWINKLESKETCH123 don't really believe in being an Alicorn or being born in the family of one of the mane 6.
For Alicorn reasons, it takes the speciality out of the princesses and for mane 6 reasons… it's like hogging them. Also, we wouldn't really know them IF we were ponies.
But thats just us.

can i just say something i am a princess but i am like twilight and cadence i am going to get turned into a alicorn so that is why my oc is an alicorn i get turned into one when the kingdom is down to me

well to tell truth jewel... I think I screw it up big time.....I started write the second act of the story and realize that now ,how I have it set up.....I put myself in corner...I can't go forward (meaning the story will never have end) without going backward.....so I have to go through Act 1 re-setting up that whole story...But because your friend I am going to do it.....so what I have posted right now might change big time......just to let you know what going on...

Well I am going to be gone till this evening here in the states, But here the idea I have for the story...if you want me to do it this way comment me back.
Ideal:
I would like to do the story in the same vein as the one I am doing for MLPRaity123 as a Case file....you work at the Celestia's school for gifted unicorn but not as magic teacher for the unicorn's students to do their magic affect they need physical training.....Celestia saw a lot of her unicorn student failing to preform simple spells because they didn't have strength to do it...so she hire you to be the PE teacher. this little bit about you background why a Pegasus is at the school for magic.
You been working at the school for sometime now all the unicorn student you have trained have become great magic users....but some have fails which you don't like it your Pegasus pride that at work here. But anyway for the pass few weeks somepony had been damaging the school....everyone say it you because it pegasus.....so you decide to look into it and try to stop it....like I say it your Pegasus pride at work. If you like the idea comment me back... if not comment me back a with a difference idea.

Background:
You were a world class athlete about the level of Rainbow dash, you have never gone against Rainbow in race, but knew of her and was hoping to fly against her one day. So you took part in different races around Equestria hopping to fly against her...not to beat her but to test yourself, at your latest race Rainbow was part of it.....so you saw your chance to test yourself, but there was another Pegasus who want to win and beat rainbow. On the last lap of race in the lead was you, rainbow and the other Pegasus.....Their called it the best race every......On blind turn on the course the other Pegasus bump you over a bit, but it didn't knock you out of place.....you would of still won second. But that was not the pegasus plan come around curve was pole at the speed you going you couldn't stop in time, your wing hit the pole break it.
Well that some more of the background for you MHspectra25......I am going take a little break went I get finish with MLPraity123 story......but I get to your story may be later on......but I hope you like a bit of your OC background that not going to be in the story.

and as for you...you are not a teacher in training......You teach basic and advance spell casing at celestia's school for gifted unicorns.....since your mother Twilight is still a young Alicorn ruler....she will not give up rule till she is older....so instead of you just hang around castle doing nothing you took the job as teacher at the school to you keep you from get bored....you love magic just like your mother does and wants to show new unicorn how your family cast unicorn magic......why you wait to take over rule from you mother.
