Description
Never specializes in a particularly terrible form of blood magic. He controls small blood spirits, born from his own body. He can manipulate these in any way he wishes. His magic goes so far as the ability to form these spirits from the blood of another living being.This talent is seen to be incredibly special in the blood sect - giving Never the status of having "God Magic".

Oh, this was a really early concept and the lore has changed! Yes, magic is possible - but it will make the user more susceptible to corruption, and unstable in their transformations.

Theres no limit uvu If it was a birdfolk that stuck to the rules of Kel Del, the number of forms would be related to the level of magic the folk has. :U
