Even though it seems the majority of the fandom has decided he's white (and blond and bespectacled and tattooed with a third eye...*sighs*), I like to imagine that Cecil is an ambiguous race. Like...you know his family's gotta be from somewhere, not here but somewhere, and of course you'd never ask because that'd just be rude.

Carlos, meanwhile is a Spanish Yanni circa 1994, except he's got glasses and (tragically) short hair.
