"I feel like I can't let go of Kagome right now... even though she has been gone for so long." Inuyasha's words stung at Hotaru's heart but she kept her composure.

"W-well... I'm going to see Kohaku-kun..." The Miko smiled awkwardly as the feeling of being rejected took over her body. This was awful.

Hotaru turned away from the Hanyou and tried to take off, but a hand gently holding a strand of her hair made her stop in her tracks.

"In-Inuyasha?"

"As long as you're waiting... I will always find you. So please... wait for me..."
