Since I really couldn't tell what this was, I thought he was stealing the sparkle power.
He wants to be a bishie. He's just too creepy. I mean, watch his eyes. They've got a mind of their own.

Well . . . in the manga, if I remember correctly, he made 40 replicas of himself. Maybe Vexen really is a robot.
