I think you did very well. Adding detail to the fur with pastels is quite difficult but you managed it. I like it!

Okay, so I think that You need practice with BKG. Rabbit looks really good, he have beautiful fur, but grass... When you look at this art, you could think that there's some grass and flowers, and rabbit stick to something green.

well this actually took me 4 days to draw, that's approx 1.5hrs for each day.
1.5 hrs each day isn't a lot, i guess lol
this drawing actually ended quite quickly when compared with my other drawings, like 'The Cone', which took me 16hrs to complete. it does sound crazy, but everytime i draw i do it in a relaxed way, it's really my hobby (well of course i do get frustrated some time)!
if you really don't have the patience, just do it bit by bit! put it aside and work on other things when you really want to stop for that day!

From the thumbnail I thought this was a photo! 
As for suggestions for improvement, while you did well with the fur and colors, I'd suggest working on your VALUES. Like your shadow areas and stuff. Build that up as a base, then do the fur on top, and it'll make it look even more realistic. =] Also maybe watch the structure of legs a bit, right now they look a little noodly. Think of the bones and muscle underneath to build it up.
HOWEVER. While those improvements could be made you still did really well. =] I like it!
