Shhhh! Don't talk!

Yet another attempt to come up with a decent semi-realistic bishounen character, now using this brand new "Hideki" composite figure I've put together tonight. He features a new skeleton with manga proportions to better fit the style.

Got two blue-screens-of-death trying to render reflections, and had to disable raytracing to avoid overheating crashes. I cheated with mapped reflections and had to rework most of the materials to compensate. It's heat season in the Arizona desert and cooling down this 4GHz quad core is no small feat.

Figure is my brand new and experimental Maybe/M4 "Hideki" composite. Hope you like it and thanks for coming by!

Exactly my point - male characters are much more difficult to me than female because I have to show them as the female public would like to see them - and I don't have a clue of what that is.

Thanks! The bike is about that size, it's really big when you are up-close. The gas tank is about his hip height, so the scale must be correct. ^^

Thanks, I think I have finally found a combination that works for 3D bishies. There will be more of Hideki in my gallery. ^^

During Summer time I will have to lower rendering settings and avoid raytracing because it will be very hard to control system temperatures when rendering with all 4 cores at 4GHz. Those BSODs were scary, and I have to avoid them since I am running on air cooling.

BSOD's are horrible, yes OTL... I haven't gotten one in ages though, luckily. Hope I didn't just jinx it!

I never had a BSOD ever since I moved to Windows 7, but overheating the system can happen in any OS. I will probably have to slow down the system during summer. ^^

I've seen the preview of Maybe 2.0 and he looks more detailed than ver. 1.2,probably the creator added more features to him.I'm not quite sure exactly.But we'll find out once he's released.
