"You've him before...maybe at a bar or rowdy tavern? That small orange fellow carrying a violin and wearing a big hat. Charming, caring, always optimistic! Great tunes, too."Kobolds with big hats are valid. Decided to draw Ti'baan in my updated style of kobolds, and on top of that (or behind in this case) is a fairly simple background to get me into doing those better.
