I just didn't like the design of the purple dress.
Keep in mind the dress and the color are based off of EMMA not HERMIONE

Her dress was definitely pink. And I wasn't annoyed that it was pink necessarily, I was just annoyed that pretty much EVERY TIME they put her in something besides her uniform in the later movies, it was some shade of pink. Would it kill them to put her in blue? It's so in character.
