The anatomy looks nice, even the hand is pretty, good job!
It's just a pity that the picture is a bit pixelated, personally I recommend you to save as a PNG instead of JPEG, they are sometimes bigger but also have a better quality.

i always save my artworks as JPEG file 
'cuz some host do not allow to upload PNG file ^^~, so i set all my pics to JPEG ^^~
