My first painting of the year!! I love this character and it's been many times that I've drawn her, she's just so pretty and fierce! I'm currently doing more studies about light and color and tried to apply it to this painting. I'm planning to do more illustrations of my own and tell my own stories but making fanarts is a way for me to have fun while studying color haha!

I had to share this because it was too funny how I went from a Chun Li who looked initially like Minnie Mouse to the real Chun Li from Street Fighter haha.
I came upon a program called Lazy Nezumi Pro https://lazynezumi.com/home that helped me tremendously with my linearts. Finally, I was able to draw those beautiful curves and lines with such grace and simplicity woah! The program works as a stabilizer, like the one in Paint Tool Sai. I'm always working with Photoshop and didn't enjoy switching from one program to another. Lazy Nezumi Pro was the solution for me and I didn't have to spend hours cleaning up my lines since I could get it around the very first time with the help of this program. There's a free 30 day trial period and after that you can choose to purchase it for $35usd. For some people, you may find it too expensive but I'm all about cutting work time and still get a great result. Be efficient rather than being effecti
