He sings and drinks tea, what more could you want?! X3(btw the title is a cross between England and vocaloid, if you didnt get it XD )
lol, im obsessed with drawing people with headphones ^___^ (try and guess what hes listening too!)
also i tried to improve the proportions and colouring, i spent ages trying to get the clothing folds to look right XD
materials: copics, outline pens, white paint marker and gimp (for the background)
time taken: about 3 hours?

you can get them from some art shops, but theyre a lot more expensive (there like $10 each were i live OTL )
