More random titles! 8DJust some Touhouvania Patchouli fanart. I haven't played the game yet but I've seen a video of it~ >w<;;
I personally liked Patchouli's outfit in Touhouvania, it looks much more better than her original one. |D;; Sorry, ZUN. OTL
I think I worked on this for err...4-5 hours? But I'm still not really satisfied with it though. D: The background looks too plain because I ran out of ideas. ;_;
And the pose is just sooooo unnatural. ||orz
Anyways, critiques would be appreciated~ ;v;

I think this art is pretty nice. Colors are soft, anatomy not that bad, maybe except the eyes (a bit too large compared to the hands). I like the pink ribbon falling on her hand, there is something elegant that comes out from it.
Her book isn't bad at all, maybe not in her hand enough.
The image on its own just a bit too dark. Well in the other side, in Koumajou (Touhouvania) all seems so dark it actualy balances the soft side of Patchouli into darkness from this picture.
Her hair and ribbons are really beautiful, and her face delicate.
The background is empty, putting a piece of furniture on the picture should have been a good idea.
Although I love the pattern on the wall. Shadows seem correctly done, but the direction of the lights is a bit odd.
Is there some kind of window open on the other side ? Does Patchouli's "aura" move the lights ?
I gave 4/5 to originality, because Koumajou characters aren't that popular in Touhou groups. It's mostly Reimu, Cirno Marisa or Sakuya that are represented.
To conclude this critique, I'd say this picture is soft, a bit melancholic, but not as catchy has it should have been. Keep it on, I really enjoy this kind of fanart !
