The reason why I did this pic is for the new WB "Speed Racer" movie coming this May. The movie trailer/TV commericals make the movie seem insprisive but I'm not so sure if the movie will be a blockbuster (like the Batman trilegy movies) or a stinkbomb (like the 2 live-action Scooby-Doo movies, no offence).

In case you don't know or don't remember who is Speed Racer and what his show is all about, here's the info. "Speed Racer" is a classic cartoon from the 60's (I watched the reruns on Cartoon Network, back when it was good) and it was about a young racecar driver named Speed Racer (of course) competting in a cross-country race that his "late" older brother Rex try to finish. The animation was sortof anime-ish so that makes it one the first animes made in America.

So in honor the cartoon "Speed Racer", I desided to this as a crossover and I made all the WB roadrunners as the cast of show with Rev Runner (from Loonatics Unleashed) as Speed Racer himself. I think Rev looks hot in Speed's racing uniform *purr* .

I even had manage to make Rev's family (and non-family members) as Speed's family/pit crew.
Here's the fact on who is playing who and info the characters they're playing.

Rip Runner (Rev's brother) as Sparky Racer- Sparky is Speed's second younger brother, and like Rip, Sparky is unapperiacated and misunderstood but when it makes to mechanics and fixing cars Sparky is a whiz at it.

Ralph "Pa" Runner (Rev's dad) as Pop Racer- I had noticed that Ralph shares a shocking resemblents to Speed's dad. The sence, consentarts on the the eldest of his kids, and even the big pot-belly. All he needs left is a mustache and he's looks like Pop Racer roadrunner-ified, so I gave him one.

Harriet "Ma" Runner (Rev's mom) as Ma Racer- All I did to Harriet to make her look like Ma Racer is that I changed her "Olive-Oyl" looks to a 60's look with a differnt hair style.

Little Beeper (from Tiny Toons) as Spartle- Spartle is Speed's cute and mischievous youngest brother. He and his friend Chim-Cham sometimes get into trouble and are considered as Speed's "mascots".

Calamity Coyote (from Tiny Toons) as Chim-Cham- In the cartoon Chim-Cham is the Racer's pet chimpanzee and Spartle's best friend, but for this pic I made him a coyote since I made Calamity play him cause he and Little Beeper are like Spartle and Chim-Cham.

Bia Jetstream (my LU OC) as Trixie- Trixie is Speed's girlfriend and air piolet navagator, she tells Speed where to turn, stop, go, and watch out for danger in the racer court.

Road Runner as Racer X/ Rex Racer- Racer X is a mysterious pro-driver who helps Speed when he's in danger on the racer. Little does everyone know that Racer X is actually Speed's long-lost older brother Rex Racer who was accused of being dead after that one accident during the same race Speed is now in.

I even put Speed's famous racing car as a prop for this pic.
